Shipping Policy

 

Items are usually processed within 24 hours and can take up to 5 days in some circumstances. We ship items out as soon as possible. Currently we do ship internationally to most countries with the exception of North Africa and the Middle East.

Items arrive based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Covid 19, holidays, or vacations may affect shipping times beyond our control. We have items housed in more than one location to minimize this time when possible. We are a small business with limited number of employees so this may happen occasionally. There will be a notification on our website for these occurrences.

To get items to you as soon as possible, some items may ship separately. Items effected are usually marked in the description to notify you before placing your order. If you have questions about a product in a particular variant, please email us before placing your order.

Refund and Return Policy

**ALL SALES FINAL for items purchased during closed of business sale. NO returns, credit or refunds.** We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason as long as the product is unused. We will process your return minus any fees we occurred by processing your return and the cost of original shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and it will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label. We have a limited warranty for 30 days from the date of delivery. Please see our Limited Warranty section for more information. 

To be eligible for a 14-day return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items, digital items, or gift cards. We will issue store credit on sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label,(the price of which will be deducted from your return),  as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damage or product defect, we will issue store credit in place of a refund, or a replacement.

We offer a Limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please see our limited warranty section for more information. If a return is needed due to damage in shipping, we may waive the return shipping fee.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), digital products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on SALE ITEMS, digital items, or gift cards. If we make an exception for your return, we will issue store credit in place of a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items, digital items, or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any original  and return shipping costs and fees we occur to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items, digital items, or gift cards.

Limited Warranty

Something U Luv warrants its products against defects of manufacturing or materials for a period of 30 days after the delivery of the product to the customer. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects found within the product. Something U Luv will not warrant products that exhibit signs of abuse, misuse, or neglect. All warranty claims are subject to approval of Something U Luv. The exclusive remedy under this warranty is the replacement of the product in accordance with the terms hereof.  Something U Luv makes no other warranty, whether expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The provisions of this section shall survive any termination of this agreement. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and contain (1) a record of receipt (2) a complete description of the warranty claim, including the defect, and (3) photographic documentation of the defective product. Upon receipt of a complete warranty claim, Something U Luv will ship, at its expense, a product replacement, with pre-paid return label to return the defective product to us.
